a good problem for me to have is when cards sell out. a bad problem is when cards that are on all my promotional materials for two virtual events sell out before the event even starts! so...that being said, i'm recreating one of my favorite cards, which works out perfectly as the inspiration wheel landed on pattern play. this time i'm using a variety of colors with some mixed up patterns. and even though the cards aren't fully completed, i can still share some details.

today the inspiration wheel landed on pattern play and i decided to try something different. i recently ordered some new tag die-cuts and have been itching to play with them for the upcoming holidays. i am a sucker for a nicely wrapped present and i think they mean more when they look nice. i always try and have some kind of ribbon or twine or something to accompany the wrapping paper and this year i'm looking forward to using some handmade tags!

while it's still somewhat early in the season, there's only 71 days until christmas. it doesn't seem like much time at all. with all the ads for prime days on amazon and specials online for target and many retailers, i decided to embrace the feeling of holiday giving while working on today's card for #the100dayproject.
