some of the black circles were slightly off-set but i love the way they look layered with the neon colors. i stamped the sentiment "awesome at any age" in black ink on a small white rectangular piece of cardstock. before adhering it to the card base with foam tape for dimension, i inked the edges with black ink to help it stand out. a smattering of clear sequins creates a visual triangle around the card front.

when i was designing my inspiration wheel this time around, i wanted to include topics that could become a springboard for inspiration. one such slice of the wheel is "inspired by..." and it just so happens that that is the result of today's spin! i wanted to be able to search pinterest or something in print [or anything really!] and find some element of design that i could work into my card for the day.
