lawn fawn stamps are some of my favorites to color because they generally have a wide open space and they are so versatile. this row of watermelons is from a newer summer set and i paired them with the sentiment "you're one in a melon."

today i wanted to recreate [in a sense] a card that i made several years ago. i had borrowed a stamp set from a friend and made a batch of cards that were similar in style. well it turns out, i ordered the same stamps for myself when they were on a huge clearance sale!
i switched up a handful of details and i'm not sure how i feel about the results, but that's one of the great things about this project and stretching my creativity.
