happy monday friends!
today's spin on the inspiration wheel ended up on the wedge dedicated to heat embossing. i had an idea in mind for when i landed on this and i'm so thrilled with the way that it turned out!
i have a few new stamp sets from mft and they are perfectly designed for halloween. i think that there will be a few new cards coming to the shop and some will be a little sassy. today i decided to go with a little punny sentiment.
i stamped the ghosts onto translucent vellum before embossing them with a clear shiny powder. then i die-cut them out with the coordinating dies. i think they're just adorable.
the sentiment "you're my boo" is stamped on black ink on a bright green strip which overlaps a strip of black and white vertical striped patterned paper. the same bright green color is on the inside of the card so your recipient can easily read your message.
while it's somewhat simple, i am loving it. the green envelope that is included is very similar in color to the green strip and is sure to get your recipient's attention in the mail.
you can pick yours up in my online shop here.
6 down and 94 to go!
